Daniel has over 25 years of experience in investment management and trading. He held senior roles at Bank Vontobel and Bank Julius Bär, where he was Global Head of Product Management and UK Head of Investment and Market Units as Managing Director.

In 2019, Daniel helped establish SEBA Bank, the first regulated banking entity in this sector. As Head of Asset Management, he pioneered the first Bitcoin-linked reverse convertible structure and developed a risk parity index, which won the Product of the Year award in Switzerland.

Daniel began his career as an options trader at Credit Suisse, where he gained expertise in derivatives and risk management. He holds a PhD in quantitative finance and studied at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), New York University, and the Swiss National Bank’s Studienzentrum Gerzensee.

Daniel is a former international water polo player and a fond dog lover. He enjoys the Francophile lifestyle with his long-term partner.

For 15 years, Roland led the legal services and board secretariat functions of listed global market leaders in the industrial and service sectors. He managed teams of up to 40 in-house lawyers across five continents and was responsible for M&A transactions of up to CHF 1 billion, as well as corporate governance and compliance. Today, he is an equity partner in an executive search and leadership advisory consultancy.

Roland studied law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and earned his doctorate with a dissertation on Swiss foreign policy. He gained early management experience as a project manager at a large Swiss insurance group and as Vice President of Regulatory Projects in the Admission Department of the Swiss Stock Exchange.

Roland is a passionate long-distance runner. Together with his family, he loves spending time in the Swiss mountains of Toggenburg or on the wild coast of Galicia in northern Spain.
